drama workshops

Every Friday in term time we run drama workshops for two age groups.

The intermediate group for 11 - 14 year olds meet from 5.30 - 7pm. Through games, drama exercises, improvisation, individual and group work, participants are encouraged to develop theatre awareness and social skills.

The senior group for 14 years olds and over meet from 7- 9pm. Carefully structured sessions, taken by a variety of leaders allow participants to experiment with a wide variety of theatre skills and styles.

There is no set uniform for the workshops, however we recommend clothes suitable for high activity e.g. jogging/tracksuit bottoms and T-shirts, trainers, dance trainers or jazz shoes only for footwear.  Please note that if a particpant is not suitably dressed they may be unable to take part in certain aspects of the workshop.
